Yup it’s so incredibly stressful. My consultant origin story is rooted in childcare issues too. It’s a big reason why I do the work I do because I know it’s an ongoing need. My kids are teenagers - one is legally an adult - I don’t need flexibility but I want it and I feel it’s my duty to advocate for better work life integration.
