My first thought when I read about Mr. Integrity was that he enjoyed the perks of being a mediocre white man. Maybe that's the case, but maybe he's putting the onus on the worker because he's management or wants to be.
It's sad to see company execs make the same mistakes repeatedly. But when the ones with power think they're right, nothing will change. You were wise to make your exit. That's a toxic place to work.
